Residents of Illinois need to follow a two-step procedure to be compliant in this state.
1. Fill out the "APPLICATION FOR STATE OF ILLINOIS NON-BEVERAGE USER’S ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR LICENSE" from the Illinois liquor commission.
2. Once liquor license is accepted, fill out RL-4 and send to Illinois Dept. of Revenue.

The state will review your application— the process can take 3-8 weeks to approve. The state will email the permit to you when accepted.
Upload the permit to your account on the Organic Alcohol Company website when you place your order.
Illinois Liquor Commission: (312) 814-2206
For customer's own state tax: Once you are licensed and given an account number, you must fill out an RL-4 that will be sent out through the mail. You may also fill it out online and send it to [email protected].
Please put in Organic Alcohol Company as the distributor and how many gallons you will be purchasing and send shortly after order is placed to Illinois Department of Revenue. Keep a copy for your own records.
