The Organic Alcohol Company is a Hazmat certified shipper. It is the sole discretion of the Organic Alcohol Company which carrier will be hired to transport the order.
All orders above 1-Gallon require a Hazmat fee per package. Current Hazmat fee is $51.00. 

Pure alcohol is considered Hazardous Material for shipping purposes. All orders
being shipped comply with DOT and/or IATA guidelines. Certain restrictions apply.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other certifications are
available to our customers upon request.
  •  Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise at the time of placing an order.
  •  During a sale, back-order or other times of significant increase in demand, orders will be processed in the order received, dependent on staff resources to fulfill. Orders will not be sent until full payment is received, unless terms have been established prior to order.
  •  All orders may be placed online at organicalcohol.com and shipped within the continental 48 states.
  •  Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is possible, but due to the nature of our products, freight costs will be much higher. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the United States, please call our office for more information.
  • General orders of 27 gallons or less are shipped through common ground carrier. To find out estimated shipping costs, add the products you wish to order to the cart, and use the shipping calculator in the cart.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided with your order at the time of shipping. Please contact the carrier
  •  All shipments are shipped with Adult Signature Required (must sign on delivery), due primarily to the Hazardous Material status of shipment and requirements for safety. The carrier will obtain a signature from someone at least 21 years old at the delivery address (government-issued photo identification required) If no eligible recipient is at the address, the carrier may reattempt delivery. Adult Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.
  • Large quantities will be shipped via common freight carrier and determined by price, reliability and other factors. A quote will be generated for you at time of order but may be subject to change and additional fees.   •  If Special freight services (i.e. liftgate, inside delivery or residential delivery) are required, they must be stated at the time of order. Special Services requested at the time of delivery by the customer that are not listed on the original Bill of Lading (generated by The Organic Alcohol Company based on the information provided by the customer), will result in additional fees charged directly to the customer by the carrier. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding freight services.
  • Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order before you have received tracking details, you will be charged Restocking, Credit Card processing and Bank fees. Once you have received the tracking details, we cannot cancel the order. Additional fees may apply.

Exceptions
Incorrect Address:
Please note if there are complications with delivery due to incorrect information
provided at time of ordering, you will be liable to cover extra fees. We are unable to
change the address once product has shipped. Please check addresses carefully
before completing order and once you receive your order confirmation. Please
contact our office as soon as the incorrect address is noticed.
Damaged Product:
If product is damaged in transit, we will notify customer as soon as we are
contacted. A replacement will be shipped to customer without additional charge.
If product is delivered with damage, an image of the damaged product and its
packaging as well as a description is required within the first 48 hours after
confirmed delivery. OAC will determine cause of damage and may decline claim.
Please contact our office within time allotted to receive refund or replacement
product.
Unable to Deliver:
Our carrier will attempt to deliver 3 times, if product is unable to be delivered, the
package will be returned to sender (OAC) at the customers expense. Please refer to the ‘Exceptions’ section in out RETURNS POLICY
If customer would like the item re-shipped, shipping costs for returning package
and re-shipping back to customer will be applied. This will be collected before we
are able to re-ship product. Note we cannot ship to PO boxes, mail-stop or store
locations, or certain rural locations where common carriers do not deliver. We are
also unable to request the package to be held at any carrier store or affiliate
